Before your product is shipped as expected, you should contact the merchant. Once you have the product assembled and everything is working fine, and then you face any product-related issues that are covered under your product protection plan, you should reach out to SureBright directly
This depends on your plan! However, if you have a repair plan and we can't fix it, we'll replace it at no additional cost!

Before your product ships, during delivery, or if you need help with assembly or initial setup, the merchant is your best resource. Once your product is assembled and functioning properly, SureBright handles all warranty-related problems that develop during use. This includes defects, breakdowns, accidental damage, or performance issues. When in doubt, you can always contact either party - we coordinate with merchants to ensure you get help from the right source quickly.
Written warranty terms govern your coverage, but verbal promises can still be legally significant under consumer protection laws. If a representative makes specific verbal commitments about coverage, document the conversation including date, time, and representative name. While written contracts take precedence, misleading verbal representations may provide legal recourse in certain situations. For important coverage questions, always request written clarification to avoid confusion later.
